Privacy Policy

Draven is an AI styling content app where users transform selfies or outfit photos into cinematic persona cards, then browse, save, and revisit their creations inside the app.

Effective Date: December 27, 2025
Draven

This page explains how information connected to the Draven app may be handled when you create AI-generated styling content, upload photos, save persona cards, browse within the app, or contact support. Because the app centers on image-based creation, some information is necessary to make features work, maintain account-related functionality where offered, improve reliability, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Section 1

Data Collection

Information gathered through Draven may fall into several categories depending on how you use the app. If you submit a selfie, outfit image, or other visual content for AI styling, that media and related prompts, edits, or output selections may be processed so the requested persona card can be generated and saved for later viewing.

Other details may include contact information you provide directly, such as an email address used for support requests, account access, waitlists, or product communication if those features are made available. Basic device and technical information may also be received automatically, including app version, device model, operating system, language settings, crash diagnostics, identifiers permitted by the platform, approximate region inferred from network activity, and general interaction logs.

  • User-submitted content: selfies, outfit photos, generated cards, saved items, prompts, preferences, and related metadata.
  • Support and communication details: email address and message contents when you contact Draven.
  • Usage information: feature activity, session timing, taps, navigation patterns, and performance logs.
  • Device and network details: device type, OS version, app build, IP-based region approximation, and diagnostic signals.

The app may request access to certain device permissions when needed for a feature. For example, photo library or camera access may be requested so you can upload or capture images for styling. If location, contacts, or similar sensitive permissions are ever introduced, they would be requested only when tied to a clear in-app function and subject to your device settings. Draven does not require contacts to operate, and precise location is not necessary for its core content-generation experience unless a future feature explicitly states otherwise.

The app may also rely on third-party SDKs or service tools for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, storage, content delivery, fraud prevention, customer support workflows, or AI processing infrastructure. Those tools may receive limited technical information as part of providing their services.

Section 2

Data Usage

The information associated with Draven is used to operate the app and deliver the features users expect. In practical terms, that means processing uploaded images, generating AI styling outputs, storing saved persona cards, enabling return visits to prior content, troubleshooting bugs, and keeping the service responsive across supported iOS devices.

Data may also be utilized to:

  • provide and maintain app functionality;
  • improve generation quality, interface performance, and feature design;
  • detect abuse, unauthorized access, suspicious automation, or policy violations;
  • respond to support inquiries and technical problems;
  • comply with legal requirements and enforce platform or service rules.

If Draven offers promotional messages, product announcements, or feature updates, contact details may be used for those communications where permitted by law. Users may opt out of non-essential marketing messages if such messaging is provided.

Information may be shared with service providers that help run the app, but only for purposes reasonably connected to operation, security, processing, storage, analytics, moderation, customer support, or compliance. Draven does not treat user photos and app interactions as an open asset for unrestricted third-party resale.

Section 3

Data Storage & Security

Content and related records may be stored on secure servers, cloud systems, or infrastructure operated directly by Draven or by carefully selected service providers. Depending on system architecture, storage may occur in the United States, the European Union, or other jurisdictions where the app or its vendors maintain facilities.

Security measures may include encrypted transmission, access controls, authentication safeguards, limited administrative access, monitoring for misuse, and routine efforts to reduce exposure to unauthorized access or disclosure. No digital system can promise absolute security, but commercially reasonable steps are taken to protect the information handled through the app.

Retention depends on the kind of information involved. Uploaded images, generated persona cards, and associated records may remain available while your account or saved library is active, unless you delete them earlier. Technical logs and diagnostics may be kept for a shorter window when needed for performance, fraud review, legal compliance, or dispute handling. Once information is no longer required, it may be deleted, anonymized, or aggregated.

Section 4

Third-Party Services

Draven may function with the assistance of outside providers that supply infrastructure and operational support. These providers can include cloud hosts, analytics processors, AI model or compute vendors, authentication systems, payment processors where relevant, communication platforms, customer support tools, and security or anti-abuse services.

Those third parties may process limited information on Draven’s behalf and under their own contractual or legal obligations. Their access is intended to support app delivery rather than to give them unrestricted permission to use user content for unrelated purposes. Even so, information handled by an external service may also be subject to that provider’s own privacy terms and security practices.

Links, embedded workflows, or future integrations offered through the app or associated website may direct you to environments not controlled by Draven. When that occurs, their own policies apply.

Section 5

User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you certain choices regarding your personal information. These rights can include requesting access to the information associated with you, asking for correction of inaccurate records, requesting deletion, limiting or objecting to certain processing, and asking for a portable copy where applicable.

California residents may also have rights related to disclosure, deletion, correction, and opting out of certain forms of data sharing or use as defined by applicable law. Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar jurisdictions may have rights grounded in data protection legislation, including the ability to object to particular processing activities and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise a privacy request, contact support@draven.com. Verification may be required before a request is completed, especially when sensitive images or account-linked content is involved. Some data may be retained where necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, billing records, or legitimate internal recordkeeping.

If optional marketing or promotional communication is offered, you may opt out through the message itself or by contacting support.

Section 6

Children's Privacy

Draven is not intended for children under 18 years of age. The app, its AI styling tools, and its image-based content features are designed for adult users only.

Draven does not knowingly gather personal information from children under 13, and it is not directed to children within the meaning of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If it becomes apparent that information from a child has been submitted without appropriate authorization, reasonable steps may be taken to remove that information from active systems.

Parents or guardians who believe a minor may have provided information through the app should contact support@draven.com.

Section 7

Policy Updates

This policy may change from time to time as Draven evolves, new features are introduced, legal requirements shift, or internal practices are refined. Revised versions may appear within the app, on the associated website, or through another notice method considered appropriate for the significance of the change.

When updates are posted, the effective date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the app after a policy revision takes effect means the latest version governs how information is handled going forward, to the extent permitted by law.

Section 8
